For a decade, RLYS has aligned themselves with these well-respected manufacturers that focus on a limited product line. This allows each manufacturer to produce vessels that "outshine" similar boats of their size and type.

RLYS is more familiar with Antares, PDQ and Camano than any other dealer in the country. We are in a unique position to ensure that each vessel we sell is appropriately customized to meet the owners' cruising needs.

Our Story:

Rhumb Line Yacht Sales was established in 2002 as the southeast dealer for Camano trawlers. In the fall of 2003, RLYS also began representing the PDQ Powercat trawler. And in the winter of 2010, partnered with Antares Yachts to be their brokerage arm.

Dick and Carol Tuschick, RLYS founders, have years of cruising and live aboard experience, both here and abroad, and are uniquely qualified to understand the needs of a cruising yacht buyer.  Dick has been active in the Florida marine marketplace for the last fifteen years and Carol for the last 10 years.  Prior to that, they lived aboard their sailboat, enjoying two years of extensive east coast and Bahamas cruising. 

In 2005, their daughter, Beth Simkins, opened a second office for RLYS in New England. Beth has extensive marketing and marine background. She is a sailor and an avid boater. Beth has the experience to excel in the one-on-one interaction that is so important in selling yachts of the Antares, Camano and PDQ caliber.

Our Location:

Basing our southeast operation in the Stuart/Palm City area provides excellent on-the-river facilities to demo and support potential owner needs.  Dick has delivered numerous trawlers in the Florida area and is extremely knowledgeable about the Camano and the PDQ Powercats. He can ensure the most effective outfitting to meet new owner requirements.

Representing Antares, Camano and PDQ Yachts from Newburyport, Massachusetts as well as Block Island, Rhode Island in the summer, allows RLYS to maximize visibility to boaters in New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont and Massachusetts. Managing the Northeast office is Beth Simkins.

Having the two offices allows us to provide further customer service support to existing owners, who "snowbird" between homes in both areas.The family at Rhumb Line Yacht Sales is dedicated to making a purchase of a Antares Sailing Catamaran, Camano trawler or a PDQ Powercat an enjoyable and rewarding experience!
