We have a buyer
committed to purchase a PDQ 41' IF he can find a
partner to share the other 50%.
This gentleman has
charted a PDQ 41' during the summer of 2007 and fell in
love with the boat. He is a knowledgeable boater and
realizes that his commitments do not allow him
reasonable full-time use of the yacht. Thus, he is
looking for someone to share ownership and use of the
yacht. He currently resides in Maryland.
The yacht could be
located anywhere on the East Coast, and then moved with
the seasons as cruising desires dictate. Usage schedules
are very flexible, which makes this the ideal ownership
arrangement for another partner with limited time
availability or financial resources.
